SHIPPING POLICY

When placing an order through our website, please include all relevant address information and review for accuracy before placing your order.  If you submitted an order with the wrong address information, please contact me immediately (via email or phone).

When you purchase something from our website, you can expect it to be mailed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).  The only exceptions to this would be holidays and if I am on vacation.

If you want to get something by a specific date, let me know and I will try my best to get it to you by that date.  One option would be for you to pay more for faster shipping to receive the order sooner.  If you are ordering as a gift for a holiday, I will be doing everything that I can do to get those holiday orders out as soon as possible.

We ship everything securely using Domestic USPS First-Class shipping.  The shipping generally takes 2 days, but it can take longer.  We do get tracking numbers for all orders.  Treasures By Katie is not responsible for items lost in transit.  Once a package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the post office. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we do not accept returns or refunds.  Please pay attention to what size the piece of jewelry is that you are ordering and make sure that it will fit before you order. I recommend measuring a bracelet or necklace that you own and love for sizing reference.

If your jewelry breaks or you do not like what you purchased, please contact us. We want you to love what you ordered.

All of the bracelets are pre-stretched, so they shouldn't stretch out over time.  It is also very rare that a bracelet breaks, but it can happen. If it does happen, collect as many beads as you can and I will have you ship them back to me for repair.
